| 166. A New Tomorrow What we had once is gone And tomorrow starts a new day We failed to listen to reason And just turned our backs away The excitement we once felt Grew old and died before its time Were we just so young and foolish To lose such happiness should be a crime Your eyes did once fill my world My life I would have gladly given Today I only look into the void Where are the feelings that were so driven? Tonight we toast to auld lang syne And cast away our sorrows Although I will really miss you For us there will be no tomorrows |
