This is a poem just for my lover
A woman who is also my wife
You are the one who keeps my heart warm
And provides me a much better life
I dream of you all the time
My thoughts remember your touch
I wish my days would speed away
Just because I love to be with you so much
While things have been difficult lately
Because of money and other such things
Know that I truly worship you
For all the happiness your love brings
Though we hardly ever see each other
Especially since I leave at the crack of dawn
I would prefer to stay in bed with you
And let the rest of world move on
Although I know that I don’t say it enough
About all that you mean to me
Know that I will always love you
There is no place I’d rather be
