300. Girls

I once was just a little boy
No knowledge of love did I know
Girls were just different somehow
Neither buddy, friend, nor foe
Then my voice changed one day
My face became rough with hair
My arms and legs sprouted like beans
And other things did change down there
It was then that my temperament changed
Girls were something I came to like
Unfortunately I was young for driving a car
And dates didn’t quite work on a bike
From first blush to kiss happened so fast
My high school days past with crushes
It was during those formative years
That I learned about sororities and rushes
Yet it wasn’t until I saw your face
That I knew what God had intended
For when I took you for my wife
My search for happiness had ended
