| 321. Commitment What makes some like the same The other persuasion never does a thing They are so enamored with just their own That they’ll forgo ceremony and the marriage ring Though called crude and nasty names They continue to stay their course They submit themselves to vile and evil words But refrain from attacking the cowardly source Though others snicker when they walk past And chide them for the love they bear They’d sooner let the insults drift away For such unkind words they do not care While their love is hard to understand It seems unnatural to those who don’t They are committed for their loves To change they know they never won’t |
