| 393. Sisters and Brothers To David, Goliath was a formidable foe Despite how easy he was felled by a stone To most of us the unknown is a challenge Especially when you’re facing it alone Take heart in knowing we’re all really scared Bravery exists only when things are bad No matter how hard we prepare for the worst To get help and support we’re always glad Without our clothes we are all the same Though our bodies and brains may differ While some take pride in what they have Others are regal in their special allure Live each day just as you are Take consolation in being like some others For regardless of what we do or don’t have We are all God’s sisters and brothers |
