Words can never truly express the things that I feel
For a sentence can never mean what I want to say
Just know that my heart is full of joy right now
For all the things you do each night and day
Though others may not see beyond your work
Or pay attention to what you do or get done
Take satisfaction in being truly amazing individuals
Who work very hard and can still have such fun
I’ve felt fortunate to have been accepted by you
Though sometimes even I pondered the question why
It’s truly been a privilege to have known you all
I’ll forever cherish my memories until the day I die
So though I’m gone and our roads now diverge
Remember that I’ll always be a thought away
