| 553. The Perfect Future Stardust settled upon the moon No cows to jump or moo Fairies flew into the night Gossamer wings painted green and blue Fantasies birthed by young maidens The road to failure a dead end Opportunities provided to those with hope Reality created from things we pretend The desire for happiness is alive Nurtured and grown from the day we’re born To be alive and breathing fresh air Joyful souls replace those forlorn Miracles abound with nary a thought Success achieved by every living soul Avarice and greed fade quickly away Into the perfect future we’ll one day go |
