| 595. One Day The fire crackled as it warmed my heart Cuddled with my lover on the overstuffed chair Sweet murmurings of desire expressed wit ha kiss Nothing else matters except being there Touching and caressing were all unrehearsed Lust driven moments dancing with glee Excitement given and taken with care Happiness derived from hope and fantasy Time disappeared as did all troubles Problems hidden behind heaven’s gate Two lovers engaged in enjoying the moment Future entwined by unwritten fate All things possible when content deep inside Reality left outside in the dark lonely cold Two lives left alone to discover each other No fear ever of one day growing old |
