| 603. Instead Sleep silently yee of tiny hearts Our Maker watches over you Listen carefully for the whisper of His words Dream of those persons who love you too Take comfort in the blanket that keeps you warm Seek peace in lullabies that soothe your soul Fill your thoughts with smiles of those older Pray for others like you you’ll never know So tiny you remain the hope of all man Your future unwritten by hands so small Great promise do you bear for those still coming The key to salvation forever possible for us all Enjoy your time now spent just growing The thrill of existence lays outside your bed Wish not for a time of being much older For once here you’ll wish to be you now instead |
